1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (bachatawithmarco.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

Bachata with Marco provides dance tuition services including Salsa and Bachata classes in Denbighshire, North Wales. Class bookings are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made through our secure Stripe payment system. The introductory class price is £5.00. Payments are processed in GBP. Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor.

4. Cancellations

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook. If you need to cancel, please contact Marco at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Health and Safety

By attending a class, you confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in dance activities. Bachata with Marco is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.
